HOW TO DEEP CLEAN AN AGA OR OTHER RANGE COOKER

Having recently moved to a bungalow with an Aga oil cooker I know just how daunting it can be, not only having to learn a completely new way of cooking but also the best way to keep the oven clean without damaging it.

I must be honest oven cleaning is not my favourite job nor one that is on my priority list but it has to be done.  As I turned my Aga off for the Summer I thought I would take the opportunity to give it a clean so, like many others, I turned to the internet to see if I could find any advice on how to proceed. 

I was lucky enough to come across an excellent site from Blake & Bull, an independent team who not only convert, re-enamel and refurbish Aga range cookers but also use the knowledge gained to innovate and sell many items for these and other range cookers including drying racks, a range of textiles like chefs pads and towels as well as utensils, kettles and even famous scented wax melts.
